When I first was told that TQ was making a comeback I couldn’t wait to hear his new material. I was a huge fan of “Westside” and would still turn up the volume if it came on the radio today…….There is the assumption that when an artist takes a break as such, that the new material will be matured and evident of some kind of career progression both mentally and musically. Either that, or they just totally bumm and put you off their earlier material for fear of remembrances of how much they spoilt your original memories.

Paradise however is welcomed with open arms. TQ wasn’t given a fair chance first time around to showcase the full extent of his music talents and now he was back to prove us ALL wrong.

Unfortunately, this album may have well have the track Westside on it, because it all sounds like it was written and produced at the same time within his career!!
