The couple has reportedly been engaged since 2006, however, sources say the rapper has been reluctant to rush into marriage and was stalling for more time.A US publication reports that Jay-Z had a change of heart during a recent romantic trip to Paris with the shapely singer - and has instructed her to start planning the proceedings.A source says, "There was a time when Beyoncé wanted an enormous fairy-tale wedding, but now she's a masterminding a smaller party in New York. "At the moment, she considering either The Carlyle or Peninsula Hotel." We shall wait to see if this report materializes into anything.
